Parkside Jewellery – Designed by South Korean Artist, Jieun.

Jieun originally studied Ceramic and Furniture Design at University in South Korea in (1992 - 1995) where she originates from. Following several years of working as an accessory designer for companies in Seoul she then came to London to study Shoes & Handbag design at Cordwainers College in Hackney (now part of the London College of Fashion) between 1999 - 2001. Following a period of time designing for various companies including shoes for Jimmy Choo Haute Couture Jieun decided to start her own jewellery company in 2005.

Jieun's jewellery uses mixed metal in gold and silver-plated antique finish. She uses colourful crystal stones and cubic zirconia set to timeless designs inspired by patterns found in nature or the many characters of the animal kingdom or insect world. Her pieces, which include brooches, earrings, necklaces, and tiaras, are reliable and classic whilst seasonal colour changes ensure they keep looking fresh and recently discovered. Jieun has been supplying to small boutiques as well as larger department stores such as Fortnum & Mason and Fenwicks in Bond Street and Selfridges. Since 2007 Jieun's pieces have been a regular feature in the Royal Collection Shops at various locations such as Buckingham Palace, Windsor and Edinburgh Castles.
