This involves repeated cutting and printing from the same block of lino to build up an image; covering how to plan a design and transfer it to the lino; how to cut the lino; how to ink up the lino and how to print it by hand. You will also learn how to correctly register your prints so all the layers of the design line up neatly. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003ePlease bring along a few images that inspire you, you will be working on lino 10x15cm. Leaves and stems perfectly adapt to this technique. \u003cbr\u003eSally will bring with her some natural inks \u0026amp; pigments to demonstrate with – beautiful, unique colours and you will be supplied with a handout of tips and instructions for how to find the natural products to create your own inks. \u003cbr\u003eUsing these techniques and natural products, Sally will help you work on a design to take home. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTime allowing, Sally will also share her ‘Shelf of Curiosity’ – encouraging all to start their own shelf of curiosity… what can you find, when out walking or, in the garden?
