The Unicorn Orb - As a symbol of the faithfulness and magic that resides in the purity of nature. Shy but strong the unicorn tells us to be pure of heart, choices become clear with Truth and Love. The Orb draws you in, as you marvel at the skill and detail of each intertwined animal. Diameter approximately 7cms.

Gesso is the main ingredient in the making of these wonderfully ‘touchy feely’ Totem Orbs. The process is a well kept secret! Each orb goes through five processes in the making, giving an infinite number of changes that make each Orb unique. All materials used are natural, and locally sourced..

Caring for your Orb: a quick buff with beeswax or natural shoe polish will bring the shine back to a well used and loved Orb.

Comes with a piece about the animal totems : ''Beaver - works slowly and steadily to achieve great things. Boar - signifying the warrior spirit, noble and brave. Wolf - the power of the many shows us there is no shame in asking for help. White Tailed Sea Eagle - teaches us to look at life from a distance before constructing plans. Bear - shows us the way to stand our ground, rising up when justified. Elk - teaches us to cooperate for the good of the whole. Bison - with strength and durability in adverse circumstances, Bison reminds us to give thanks for what we have.''

About Totem Orbs - A Statement from the maker, Yve.

Over the ages mankind has used meditation as a step towards achieving a special state of grace. In the practice of meditation, ancients focused on personal totems or emblems. It was often a creature that encompassed qualities most admired or desired.

These totems were to be seen and touched, an aid to help keep in tune with the natural rhythms of life.

These hand-crafted nature balls, round like our planet, are carved with animals we know and love and are made to be touched.

Each orb goes through 5 changes to reach this finish, leaving a multitude of difference, so that each orb is unique to you.  Only naturally, locally sourced products are used.
