Learning a little more about the endearing bumblebee and its needs in the garden and in the environment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eUsing only graphite as a medium, participants can create, with the help of step by step anatomical handouts and working from basic shapes, a finished study of a bumblebee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eSally will start the workshop with a short group discussion about bumblebee’s and handouts with bumblebee ID reference. Following on, there will be a handout and demonstration of the use of graphite pencil tips - ‘shape’ handouts will also be provided for the drawing up of the bumblebee. Leading to participants creating a finished sketch of the bumblebee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eSally is a wildlife artist and wildlife gardener and she feels “lucky to be able to draw inspiration for my work from my garden and beyond”. Sally spent some time as a portrait artist in motorsport and the world of horses, she also taught watercolour painting and drawing for many years.
