About Amy Huitson

Amy Huitson is an artist who lives and works in Buckinghamshire (she is based in Chesham) and draws, paints and sculpts working in a wide range of media.

Amy says of her work, "I experiment during the creative process by layering and building up textures or colours. I take inspiration from the natural landscape and am attracted to shapes and surfaces which are a result of the changing elements and seasons.

"Most of all I simply enjoy trying to capture or recreate a moment or scene and have a lot of fun in the process."

Amy has an MA in Fine Art and a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Three Dimensional Crafts.
