An atmospheric acrylic on board painting from a scene in West Cornwall by Susan Gray.

The painting is supplied framed in a white white, wooden frame with raised edge. The outer frame measures approximately 48 x 48 cm.

Susan explains the inspiration for the piece, "The gorse grows tall and leggy in West Cornwall (a windswept area) and the hedgerows, with foxgloves and wild flowers, always inspire me".

About Susan Gray

Trained in Fine Art at Buckinghamshire Chiltern University, Susan Gray is a land and seascape artist who takes her inspiration from the West Country and the Chilterns.  Her paintings are worked up from sketches or studies made insitu, often at high tide on the beach or in the landscape. She was a finalist in the 2022 British Art Prize and exhibits in Cornwall and Buckinghamshire. She also runs her own acrylic painting workshops.
